Now focusing exclusively on executive coaching and academic research, Elizabeth has over thirty years of communications, employee engagement and stakeholder relations experience in global business environments, leading teams across Canada and spanning 40+ countries. She held progressively senior positions in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Paris, France before returning to Canada in 2017. She is now based in Vancouver, BC. Her expertise ranges from advising CEOs and senior executives on how to engage their internal and external audiences, to organizational culture, employee experience and global branding and crisis management projects for the world’s fourth largest energy company. She has been a spokesperson and media trainer for over 25 years.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, Elizabeth is a graduate of McGill University and completed her Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Leadership, Culture and Organizational Health) at Royal Roads University. She is now pursuing her doctorate at Royal Roads, researching executive leadership commitment to fostering psychologically safe workplaces. Elizabeth is a CMHA-Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor, a Certified Barrett Values Model consultant with the Barrett Values Centre, a certified Core Strengths Consultant, and trained in several other assessments. She accredited as a Certified Executive Coach in 2018, and is an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.
Elizabeth is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Master of Arts in Leadership, Executive Specialization, at Royal Roads, ans is a member of the Ethics Practitioner Association of Canada. She has also served on many non-profit boards throughout her career, including Alberta Ballet, the Chickwagon Foundation for Women and Alliance Francaise of Calgary.
